I rarely leave a review, but I cannot write one for Abicus. I bought a pair of Birkenstock shoes that for a start I could not find anywhere else. They had it. I received the shoes way before the estimated delivery date, which was already quite fast. When I opened the parcel, the pristine box was carefully and beautifully wrapped with a lovely card that had a personal handwritten small message. It had quality, aesthetic and care put in every aspect of the parcel and it indeed made it a delightful and singular experience. Thank you And no need to say: best place, best experience - cannot recommend enough

After reading the other reviews of this amazing store, I am finding I am not the only one who has had such an outstanding experience! I ordered some Birkenstocks online, I could not find them anywhere. They were in Perth two business days later! It was such a simple process. If I am ever in NSW I will definitely visit! Thank you so much!

Fantastic service!! Would definitely recommend to a friend! Ordered shoes online and discovered they were too big when they arrived. My return and reorder was processed the next day and I received my replacement pair so quickly! 5 stars!

Made an online purchase of a pair of Birkenstocks that’s out of stock in my size almost everywhere I looked. A very pleasant shopping experience. Dispatch and shipping were very quick and the product was very nicely packaged in sustainable packaging. Definitely recommend shopping at Abicus!

Fantastic shop with lots of very cool stock, from vinyl records to great clothes and shoes. A good place to spend some time and the staff are so helpful too.

So happy that I found this store when looking for a hard to find Vinyl online. Great communication and great service - The Vinyl showed up so quickly (despite it being Christmas peak) and was beautifully wrapped and packaged!

Abicus is hands down one of the best stores in Newcastle. Such a beautifully curated space with a great mix of fashion, footwear, vinyl, books and unique pieces you don’t see everywhere else. The staff are very informed in making great recommendations too. Always a pleasure to browse, and I usually leave with something I didn’t know I needed. A Darby Street icon.

I placed an order for a couple of books that I had been looking for, they were packaged so well, and came with a little thank you note! Nice touch, And even though they were ordered during the Christmas period, shipping and handling was super fast! These guys have a really great selection of books and records at great prices! Highly recommended!

Purchased a little Casio Ring Watch I was very excited to get. Had it posted down to Melbourne and the delivery was super quick. A friend of mine has shopped here before and highly recommended. Was lovely when I opened the box and it was gift wrapped (made it even more exciting to open!) with a lovely hand written card. If I ever come to Newcastle, will definitely visit the store!
